Welcome to SocialNxt (“SocialNxt,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform, services, website, events, and mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”). By creating an account, booking an event, or accessing our Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. About SocialNxt

SocialNxt is a partnership firm engaged in curating social meetups, dining experiences, and networking events (the “Services”).

2. Scope of Services

• Join curated dining events and gatherings.
• Connect with other participants through shared preferences and interests.
• Reserve seats at selected partner venues via the Platform.
• While we aim to provide meaningful experiences, we do not guarantee compatibility, outcomes, or participant demographics.

3. Eligibility

• You are at least 18 years old or above the legal drinking/entry age under applicable state or country law.
• You have legal capacity to enter into contracts.
• You are not prohibited by law from using our Services.
• You have not previously been banned or removed from our platform.
• You will produce a valid government ID if required at the event.

4. Reservations & Events

• Event details (date, venue, and other particulars) will be communicated via the Platform.
• Meals and drinks are typically not included in the SocialNxt service fee and remain the responsibility of participants unless specified.
• Dietary preferences (e.g., vegetarian, vegan, budget) will be considered but are not guaranteed by partner venues.
• Guests outside the Platform are not permitted unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations are permitted only within the timeframe specified at booking.
• Refunds will be processed strictly as per the cancellation policy visible during booking.
• Discounted/offer tickets are non-refundable.
• Frequent no-shows or late cancellations may result in suspension or permanent removal from the Platform.
• Event Cancellation by SocialNxt: In case of unforeseen circumstances (force majeure, government restrictions, low participation, venue unavailability, etc.), SocialNxt reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events. Refunds or alternative bookings may be offered at our discretion.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

• Certain Services may require the purchase of tickets or subscriptions.
• Prices will be displayed on the Platform and may vary depending on event type, venue, or location.
• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. SocialNxt does not store card or payment details.

7. User Obligations

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Respect fellow users, SocialNxt staff, and partner venues.
• Abide by SocialNxt community guidelines.
• Not engage in fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful activities.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Misrepresentation of identity or age.
• Soliciting money, services, or personal information from other users.
• Political or commercial use of the Platform without SocialNxt’s prior consent.
• Uploading or sharing offensive, illegal, harmful, defamatory, or rights-infringing content.

9. Conduct & Community Guidelines at Events

• Respectful behavior is mandatory at all events.
• Any form of harassment, abuse, or misconduct will result in immediate removal without refund.
• SocialNxt reserves the right to blacklist repeat offenders permanently to protect community safety and brand reputation.

10. Alcohol & Venue Disclaimer

• Some events may be hosted at venues serving alcohol. Users must comply with the legal drinking age and state laws.
• SocialNxt is not responsible for any consequences of alcohol consumption or violation of local laws by participants.

11. Safety & Liability Disclaimer

• Participation in SocialNxt events is voluntary and at your own risk.
• SocialNxt is not liable for:
  Personal injury, theft, or property loss.
  Disputes, disagreements, or damages between participants.
  Any financial or non-financial loss caused during or after events.

12. Indemnity

• You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SocialNxt, its promoters, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising due to:
  Your conduct or actions at events.
  Your breach of these Terms.
  Violation of any law or third-party rights.

13. Intellectual Property

• You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use the Platform for private purposes.

• Commercial reproduction, distribution, or derivative use is strictly prohibited without written consent.

14. Media & Content Rights

• By attending SocialNxt events, you consent to being photographed, recorded, or filmed. Such media may be used by SocialNxt for promotions, marketing, or publicity across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, website, advertisements, etc.).
• You may opt-out of media usage by notifying SocialNxt in writing before the event.

15. Data Protection & Privacy

• SocialNxt is committed to protecting your personal information.
• Data will be processed as per our Privacy Policy, available on the Platform.

16. Termination of Account

• SocialNxt reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in misconduct.
• You may deactivate your account anytime via the Platform or by contacting SocialNxt.

17. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved amicably through mediation/arbitration in Delhi under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
• If unresolved, disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
• These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

18. Changes to These Terms

• SocialNxt may amend these Terms periodically. Updates will be notified via the Platform.
• Continued use of the Platform signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
